Every plan includes a supported, one-time onboarding where we set up your catalogue, customers and pricing so you go live faster, rather than a self-serve scramble. ERP-connected customers are quickest to launch, because we sync your products and customers straight from your existing system.
Yes. Accounting sync with MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks is included on every plan, and Advanced adds direct ERP sync. Not on a connected system yet? We'll import your products and customers from a spreadsheet as part of onboarding.
An order is a single customer order placed through your portal in a calendar month. Core includes up to 500 per month and Pro up to 1,000; Advanced and Enterprise are unlimited. If you're consistently near your limit, it's time to move up a plan.
Yes. Plans are billed monthly. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from the portal, and you'll simply be billed to the end of the current month. Onboarding is a one-time fee, not a lock-in.
